Sacred vessels for rituals, ceremonies, remembrance

Gersande Coudyser is a heartist, ceramist, model, sacred space weaver and keeper of the Rose lineage, devoted to create sacred spaces and to the creation of sacred vessels — hand-crafted pieces made to hold presence, intention and beauty.

Her work is an exploration of the relationship between earth, spirit and form, drawing inspiration from nature, ancient symbolism, consciousness, and the divine feminine and masculine.

Working intuitively with clay, Gersande creates vessels that are conceived as containers for rituals, connection, remembrance and sacredness.

A central thread within her work is a deep reverence for the feminine. Her sacred yonis collection is created in awe and celebration of women — honouring the feminine body, its strength, sensuality, creativity and profound capacity to create and nurture life.

Her work also explores the sacred relationship between the feminine and masculine, and the meeting and balancing of these two complementary forces.

As a keeper of the Rose lineage, Gersande is inspired by the rose as a symbol of love, devotion, beauty, mystery and the unfolding of the sacred feminine. This thread runs through her creative practice and her relationship with the earth, the body and the unseen.

Each piece emerges through a deeply intuitive process of working with the clay and allowing its own character to guide the form. For Gersande, creating a vessel is an act of devotion: a meeting between the hands, the earth, love and the unseen.

Her work invites us to slow down, reconnect with what is sacred, and remember the beauty of bringing intention into the physical world.

Devotion, Love and reverence

Created in devotion, love and reverence, each piece is an invitation to remember, to connect and to honour the sacred.

Handcrafted slowly and intuitively, these vessels carry the presence of the hands and heart that created them. Each one is unique — shaped by the earth, guided by feeling, and created with intention.

They are made to hold more than form: to hold meaning, ritual, memory and connection. Whether placed upon an altar, held in the hands, or simply brought into the home, each piece invites a moment of presence and remembrance.

A celebration of the sacred within us, around us and between us.

Collaboration, commissions and bespoke pieces

Some of Gersande’s creations are called into ceremony — becoming part of sacred altars, rituals and gatherings, where they hold intention, beauty and presence.

She weaves prayers, intentions and devotion within her work, allowing each piece to become a vessel not only for beauty, but for meaning, connection and sacred remembrance.

Alongside her vessels, Gersande creates bespoke altars and sacred installations for festivals and events, weaving together elements of earth, beauty and symbolism to create spaces that invite people to pause, connect and remember.

From ecstatic dance gatherings and women’s circles to ceremonies and sacred celebrations, each altar is created intuitively, in devotion to the intention and essence of the space.

Whether you are drawn to a particular piece, wish to commission something uniquely yours, or feel called to create a sacred space together, collaborations are warmly welcomed.
